STANDARD MOUNTING:
Standard mounting for the T-750-D is a heavy-duty, 8 x 4 carrier type chassis with 40,000 lb. (18,144 kg) front and 70,000 lb. (31,751 kg) rear suspension.
PULLDOWN SYSTEM:
Up to 70,000 lb. (31,751 kg) bit loading capacity with a maximum of rated pulldown of 60,000 lb. (27,216 kg), 25,000 lb. (11,340 kg) hoist capacity. Maximum hoist rate 224 fpm (68.2 m/pm). Maximum feed rate 200 fpm (61 m/pm). with REGEN engaged. Chains: Two heavy duty roller chains 2.5 in. (63 mm) pitch. Stroke: 34 ft. (10.4 m) for 30 ft. (9.1 m) drill pipe. 13 in. (330 mm) table opening.
ROTARY HEAD:
Dual motor 0 to 141 rpm at 114,390 lbs-in (12,924 Nm) torque. (Based on 100% efficiency). Equipped with nylon guide shoes.
AIR COMPRESSOR:
1350 CFM (38.2 m3/min) @ 125 PSI (8.6 Bar) with an Air Pressure Regulator is standard. Synthetic PAO, ISO 32 compressor oil is provided. Optional—1700 CFM (48.1 m3/min) @ 100 PSI (6.9 Bar) with 700 HP (522 kW) Caterpillar C18 ACERT diesel engine; 1360 CFM (38.5 m3/min) @ 375 PSI (25.8 Bar) with 800 HP (597 kW) Caterpillar C27 ACERT diesel engine @ 1800 rpm with 520 gal. MAST:
Heavy duty structural steel mast with angular stress members and steel plated reinforcement at high stress areas, total length 41 ft. (12.5 m), raised and lowered by two 6 in. (152 mm) diameter hydraulic cylinders equipped with safety counterbalance valves. Hydraulic powered mast lock pins are provided as standard equipment.
LEVELING JACKS:
The T-750-D utilizes three (3) leveling jacks, 6 in. (152 mm) bore x 48 in. (1.2 m) stroke, with built-in safety checks.
DRILL PIPE HANDLING:
The standard T-750-D is equipped with a 3 + 1 hydraulic indexing barrel loader to handle 30 ft. (9.1 m) drill pipe, 7 5/8 in. (194 mm) to 10 3/4 in. (273 mm) diameter. Hydraulic breakout and power tong sytem are standard. Also included is a 8,500 lb. (3,855 kg) fixed-over-hole winch for pipe handling.
AIR FILTERS:
Individual heavy duty two stage dry type filters with a pre-cleaner for engine and compressor.
NIGHT LIGHTING:
Combination of shock mounted Xenon HID and Halogen
flood lights for viewing upper mast, table, power unit, and work deck.
OPERATOR’S CAB:
A large isolated operator's cab and ergonomically designed control station is provided. Air conditioning, sound abatement, and cab pressurization are provided as standard.
